It’s here, the path to freedom, the light at the end of the tunnel, the unlimited selection of foods….. I’m kind of excited!
Today is Fowl and Tomato day and I love me some CHICKEN!
Starting the day off with my normal routine of boxing and cross fit just about killed me today. I thought it could have been because it was over 100F where I was exercising, maybe the lack of water or the fact that yesterday I only had just over 300 calories! I pushed though because what’s the worst that could happen? I fall over and someone comes and picks me up. Or the vultures get me…. there’s always vultures!
Then came the egg cups. A slice of sandwich chicken, some egg and a slice of tomato. The rush of energy returned. Whooo more energy than all week probably. I forget I’ve been so hungry. But for those few moments after the egg cups I wasn’t hungry and I wasn’t going to be vulture food either!
Honestly I thought I would have been satisfied with the fowl and tomatoes but there was just something missing. Lunch was roasted tomatoes and a simple breast of chicken. It was pretty good compared to much of what I’d eaten….omg that miracle soup!… And for dinner I had cooked some tomatoes with curry powder and spices, blended them and added them to some shredded chicken in a take on a chicken curry soup. I would have rather of had pizza and a beer!
Honestly I’m over limiting what sorts of food I can and can not eat! We even put off going to the grocery shop today and will do it tomorrow when I can eat all the things…. ALL THE THINGS!
